About Dr. Şakir Yavuz
Dr. Şakir Yavuz is the founder and president of ATAFOM University International located In Bangui. Dr. Şakir Yavuz social accomplishments are backed by his exceptional knowledge proficiency and professional achievements.
Dr. Şakir Yavuz spent crucial years of his life gathering knowledge and experience; from 1973 to 2005 he has engaged in completing his secondary education, his sports training at the Academy of Sports and gaining higher education at the Business School of Economics.
Dr. Şakir Yavuz has set an example for youths by displaying extraordinary physical capabilities in winning many world championships. He is a martial arts expert with titles like grand Master Kung-Fu, Grand Master Kick-Boxing, and Grand Master Thai-boxing awarded to his name. Between 1980 to 1996, he won several world and European Championships and attained more than 150 national and international titles in Kung-Fu, Kick-Boxing, and Thai-Boxing. Moreover, He invented the Sakir Yavuz Kung-Fu Style and The Sakir Yavuz self defence technique.
In 1992, Dr. Şakir Yavuz was appointed as the president of the international All Style Kick-Boxing Federation.
Dr. Şakir Yavuz has been professionally active since at a very young age. In 1986, he founded the SAYA Group where he acted as the CEO and a shareholder till 2006. Since 1986, he has accommodated a rich treasure of works of art from different parts of the world. To Keep these valuable collections, he founded the SayArts Collection located in the vicinity of the ATAFOM University International.
In the year 2000, two family businesses merged to form a joint venture named Perfect Timing Holding. Dr. Şakir Yavuz belonged to one of the two family companies so he took over the management responsibilities of this American-Turkish-German Group of companies In 2007. Later that year, he became the third president of Perfect Timing Holding.

Dr. Şakir Yavuz believes in his idea of helping people achieve their goals. He started doing this at a very young age as a talented athlete. In his journey throughout the world around the five continents he has travelled, he acquired perfect knowledge of three languages (Turkish, German and English) and a good knowledge of Italian in just four years.
His life experience with different cultures and beliefs; has determined his successful personal and business life.

Education
The young Şakir Yavuz began his training in Erzurum in eastern Türkiye before his family moved to Germany in 1980. There he attended the sports academy before moving to the Business School of Economics.
Dr. Şakir Yavuz is the president of the consortium Perfect Timing Holding: PTH, with headquarters in Türkiye and locations on the three continents of Europe, Africa and Asia. At the same time, he is also the founder and president of ATAFOM University International, based in the Central African Republic and with branches around the world.
Perfect Timing Holding operates through 55 business units in 22 countries, working hand in hand to ensure effective service delivery.

Business life
PERFECT TIMING HOLDING is a Multinational and Multidomain Group of Companies for over 140 years. The Huseby family business was founded in Chicago in 1880 by the Huseby family and has flourished ever since.
The name Perfect Timing Holding – PTH – was created through the merger in 2000 with the Turkish family company Yavuz, founded in 1925. Under the leadership of President Dr. Şakir Yavuz, PTH became an international company with locations worldwide.
Art Collector
Dr. Şakir Yavuz is also one of the largest art collectors in the world with exclusive works of art, sculptures, antique furniture, valuable Asian ivory carvings, jewelry and rare pieces of antiquarian books and weapons incorporated into the SayArtsCollection (www.sayarts.global).
A matter of the heart and a special investment focus for Dr. Şakir Yavuz for several years, has been his involvement in the project of founding and operating the ATAFOM University International, with the educational goal of “Education for Integration, an education without geographical limitations. It is an education that integrates rather than excludes and in which only the intellectual abilities of the young person are decisive, regardless of status, origin, skin color, culture or religion.
Sports career – His Martial Arts
Dr. Şakir Yavuz began his sporting successes in martial arts at the age of 8 and completed his athletic training at the age of 17, so that he was able to found his first own sports school in Lübeck, Germany in 1985.
There is no denying that Dr. Şakir Yavuz had a great opportunity to come into the limelight due to his outstanding achievements in martial arts.
His sporting successes brought him recognition in his new and second home Germany, his home country Türkiye and also at international level.
As a result of his successes in martial arts, Sigung Yavuz is credited with inventing the Şakir Yavuz kung fu style and the Şakir Yavuz self-defense technique.
His sports schools had successfully trained more than 21,000 students who continue his legacy, knowledge and skills in martial arts.
Many of his students have become leaders making Dr. Şakir Yavuz proud to this day in his various areas of activity and at every reunion between student and teacher.
In total, he has won over 150 medals, trophies and awards in the active years of his kickboxing career, including several European and world champions in various martial arts such as Taekwondo, Kung Fu and kickboxing.
Because of his personal commitment to martial arts, he was appointed President of the International All Style Kick-Boxing Federation in 1992.
